What is Club Leadership Forum?

The Club Leadership Forum (CLF) is Rotary’s training program for Club President Elects throughout the Districts of the world. The goal of CLF is to prepare President Elects for their upcoming roles.

What is CEE Club Leadership Forum?

Previously in Rotary Great Britain and Ireland, President Elect Training has been held by each individual District. In 2020-21 three Districts (1080, 1260 and 1240) came together for a Multi District pilot which brought together in-coming club leaders from Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Thus becoming CEE MD PETS – Central Eastern England Multi District Presidents Elect Training Seminars, now known as the Club Leadership Forum.

It would have given the opportunity to prepare our Presidents Elect for their leadership year of 2021 -22 through provocative plenary speakers, in-depth breakout sessions, discussions with peers from various districts, and informal fellowship and networking with other Rotarians, but unfortunately the face to face event had to be cancelled and it was all held online. Even online the event was so successful that it was agreed to hold it again for Presidents the following year with the advantages of being a face to face event and that proved even more successful!

The Face to Fare event proved so successful that 2024 will be the fourth time this event is being held.
